Super Hot Chilli seeds + SHU chart of most chillies
It is generally thought that Super Hot chillies and their seeds start at roughly the 350,000n SHU mark and up to about 2,200,000 with the Carolina Reaper. That means there are a great many and so to help you decide for yourselves we have added an Scoville chart for all the chillies we can think of and their respective heat values.
We must stress that here in the UK the SHU of "Super Hots" may vary somewhat because most of us cannot easily replicate the growing conditions of the Caribbean countries, India or anywhere they are grown in a Laboratory. For most of us then, growing Super Hot chillies from seed is a hobby to see what we can achieve, and probably a talking point with neighbours and visitors.
